Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Logic Framework ("Logic Framework," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit logicframework.com (the "Site") or interact with us in connection with our consulting, advisory, software, and physical security services. This Policy does not apply to information processed on behalf of clients pursuant to a signed engagement, master services agreement, or data processing addendum, which is governed by the applicable agreement.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you submit directly through the Site or by contacting us, including:

  • Identifiers and contact information (name, email address, company name, phone number)
  • Inquiry details and any free-text content you include in messages, project descriptions, or correspondence
  • Professional information you choose to share (role, organization, industry)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • IP address, approximate geographic location, and device or browser type
  • Pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps of visits
  • Bot-detection signals required to operate the contact form security challenge

1.3 What We Do Not Collect

The Site does not process payments and does not collect financial account or payment card information. The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and qualify prospective engagements
  • Send transactional communications relating to your inquiry (we do not send marketing emails to inquirers without consent)
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including detecting and preventing fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Maintain records of communications relevant to potential or active engagements

Lawful bases (where GDPR applies): we process personal information on the bases of (i) your consent, (ii) the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, (iii) our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who process information on our behalf under contract, limited to the third parties listed in Section 7
  • Legal and safety disclosures when required by applicable law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Logic Framework, our clients, or the public
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections
  • With your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Inquiry and correspondence records are typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last interaction unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, or active dispute.

5. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include HTTPS encryption in transit across the Site, access controls, and use of reputable infrastructure and email providers. No security control is perfect, and no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed against every possible attack. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials or systems you control.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses a limited set of cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and protect against fraud or abuse (for example, the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection challenge on the contact form). The Site does not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly-necessary cookies may impair Site functionality, including the contact form.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

The Site relies on the following third-party service providers, each of which processes limited information on our behalf and is governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Vercel — website hosting, content delivery, and infrastructure-level analytics (privacy policy)
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — bot detection and abuse prevention on the contact form (privacy policy)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions (privacy policy)

We do not authorize these providers to use personal information for their own marketing purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

Logic Framework is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those of your country.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9.1 General Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw previously given consent
  • Receive a portable copy of information you provided to us
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority

9.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above and, additionally, the rights to know what categories of personal information we have collected and disclosed, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Do Not Sell or Share: Logic Framework does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); professional or employment-related information (company, role); commercial information related to inquiries; and internet or network activity information (Site usage). We collect these categories from you directly and from automated technologies, and we disclose them only to the service providers listed in Section 7 for the business purposes described in this Policy.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9.3 How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@logicframework.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and respond within the time period required (generally 45 days under the CCPA/CPRA, with a permitted extension).

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Compliance and Confidentiality of Client Data

In the course of providing services, Logic Framework may process information on behalf of clients in connection with security architecture, software development, cloud infrastructure, and compliance advisory engagements. Such processing is governed by the applicable engagement agreement, master services agreement, or data processing addendum — not by this Policy. Logic Framework treats client information as confidential and applies controls aligned with the framework requirements relevant to each engagement (for example, SOC 2, NIST CSF, or FIPS 140-2). Logic Framework does not act as an independent auditor or certifying body.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be communicated through a notice on the Site.
