1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Logic Framework's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Logic Framework provides professional software and cloud infrastructure solutions including:

  • Physical security systems architecture and implementation
  • Cloud and infrastructure solutions
  • Compliance and risk management consulting
  • AI and automation services
  • LogicSitePro platform access and licensing

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all prices and payments are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

3.3 Invoicing

For consulting and custom services, invoices are issued upon agreement and are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Consulting Services

Consulting services are billed hourly or on a project basis. Refunds for consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not been rendered. No refunds are provided for completed work.

4.2 LogicSitePro Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if no significant usage has occurred. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact us at info@logicframework.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Service Cancellations

You may cancel services or subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period.

5.2 Scheduled Consultations

Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Delivery and Fulfillment

6.1 Digital Services

Access to digital services and platforms is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

6.2 Consulting Services

Consulting services are delivered according to the agreed-upon project timeline or statement of work. Timelines may vary based on project complexity and scope.

6.3 Custom Solutions

Custom development and implementation projects follow agreed-upon milestones and delivery schedules as outlined in the project contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and in our services remain the property of Logic Framework unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Custom work product ownership is defined in individual project contracts.

8. Confidentiality

Logic Framework maintains strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We adhere to non-disclosure agreements and industry-standard security practices to protect sensitive information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Logic Framework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Compliance and Export Restrictions

Our services may be subject to export control laws and regulations. Certain security technologies and services may have restrictions based on:

  • U.S. export control regulations
  • FIPS 140-2 cryptographic standards
  • Industry-specific compliance requirements
  • Regional data protection laws

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

11. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements (SLAs) for uptime, response times, and support are defined in individual service contracts. Enterprise clients receive dedicated SLAs based on their subscription tier.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
