Consulting services are billed hourly or on a project basis. Refunds for consulting services are considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not been rendered. No refunds are provided for completed work.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if no significant usage has occurred. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Logic Framework shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
